				After asking around I began looking for veteran owned and operated home inspection businesses and found Room by Room. As a second time home buyer I was still nuanced to certain things needed as I moved to a new area. I utilized Dan specifically for radon testing as I was renovating my unfinished basement. Dan took the time to explain what all of the results of my test meant and helped guide my way forward so I could ensure that the space I was creating for my elderly father would be safe. 				Dan responded very quickly, and answered our questions up front and honestly. He was understanding of our desire to close quickly and fit us into his schedule right away. On inspection day, he was right on time, professional and through- and has a great sense of humor.

When he was done he pointed out a few things we already knew about, and several we didn't.

His report was amazingly detailed- way more than others we've used in the past.

And he was very reasonably priced.

We'll use him again and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others in need of home inspection services!
